Operations & Program Management · San Francisco
Twenty years in San Francisco across crisis services, hospitality, and behavioral research. I build the operational infrastructure that lets teams do their best work — especially when the stakes are high.
I'm a program and operations manager with a background that spans crisis services leadership, hospitality management, and behavioral research. The thread across all of it: I build the systems, training, and infrastructure that let teams do their best work — especially when the stakes are high.
At Crisis Support Services of Alameda County, I lead a 24/7 program with 70+ staff and volunteers. I own onboarding, QA, scheduling, compliance, and data infrastructure. Before that, I spent years in San Francisco hospitality — running operations at Gestalt Haus for five years, and on opening teams at Nari and Nommo.
I hold a Psychology BA from UC Berkeley (highest distinction, Phi Beta Kappa) and served as lead research assistant on a physiological data study at the Idiographic Dynamics Lab. I'm now targeting roles in tech where operational rigor meets product thinking: onboarding, program management, contributor experience, and community ops.
End-to-end HR data pipeline for a 70-person 24/7 program — schema design, Python parser, SQL query library, and a Looker Studio dashboard for leadership.
